Consultation Fees:
There is a $100 fee for new patient consultations with Dr. Fiala, which is applied to any surgical procedure performed. It is refunded if the appointment is canceled with at least 2 business days’ notice, or if Dr. Fiala feels the patient is not a good candidate for the procedure. Patients who have preliminary questions about a procedure are encouraged to call our office and speak with one of our nurses or patient coordinators with their questions, prior to scheduling a consultation.
There is a $50 fee for new patient consultations with Phi Nguyen, PA-C, and with Kim Peters, our lead aesthetician. It is refunded if the appointment is canceled with at least 2 business days’ notice. The fee is applied to any med-spa treatment performed.
To schedule and hold a surgery date, a $1000 deposit is required. Payment for your procedure is due in full on the date of the preoperative appointment, which is 10 – 14 days prior to your surgery date. We provide a number of payment options. Patients who have questions about the various payment options can contact our practice for specific information.
